GRADE II LISTED BARN
Working closely with our client, Historic England, and the LA Conservation Department, we restored and converted this barn to create a beautiful, three bedroom, country home, out of a totally derelict building. The original plain clay roof tiles were carefully removed, cleaned, and put back on the roof once the decaying rafters had been replaced. All the oak trusses were kept, original and second hand bricks used throughout, internally as feature panels. The windows all occupy existing openings.
